into your whole body and try to focus on that only. You should try to slow down
your breathe and then start taking deep breathes and make a perfect and good
posture while you are sitting to carry out your practice. Then slow down your
breathe and take little time in order to take some deep breathes and then you
will notice a slight change in the conscious mind with yourself only.
The diet you are having daily had
a very great impact on your own personality as eating unhealthy food in daily
routine can leads to various problems like bloating. So, eating out the healthy
diet is quite challenging to maintain you daily lifestyle but if you take it as
your goal then it seems excited. Ding exercise in the early morning before
doing any type of work make us to wake up early on time and helps in the body
blood to move properly and make us more active.
